✦ Openings & Inquiries
- Usually I open a certain kind of commission for limited slots via journals on deviantArt and Weasyl. I am always open for inquiries, however, which include deviations from what's listed in my price sheet.
- Commenting on those journals or emailing me at OmniWitchArt@gmail.com are the most efficient ways to reach me.
- Response times range from hours to days depending on my schedule. Please give up to a week before sending a follow-up.

✦ Payment
- All payments must be in USD, via paypal. In the case of an E-check, I will wait until it clears to begin. I do not expect you to pay the paypal fee or bypass it by sending your payment as a "gift". Send as a service, and make sure you choose "no address needed."
- For orders under $50, upfront payment is required.
- We may do a half and half deal for commissions over $50. In those cases, I'll ask for half the sum before I begin your commission and the other half after you approve the concept/pose/WIP sketch. Commissions under $50 must be paid in full and do not come with WIP sketches unless otherwise discussed. Note that I never agree to do these for small commissions like headshots and chibis/minis.
- Commercial or promotional art commissions will require a contract and are much more expensive.
- I do not haggle, and any discounts are provided at my discretion.
- I hold commission slots for 24 hours unless discussed otherwise. I will only hold for longer if I have done business with you before.
- Rush orders will require an extra charge, which will be given in the beginning quote and dependent on the commission.
- Turnover rate estimate will usually be given at the beginning of the commission. Otherwise, please give 3 weeks before sending progress inquiries.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ Refunds
- I do not refund completed commissions.
- Cancellations are case by case and depend on how much time I've already put into the piece.
- If I have to terminate a commission prematurely for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
- If I have to cancel a commission due to an abusive or untrustworthy client, you will receive a partial refund based on the time I spent communicating, researching, and working on the job.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ Alterations
- For both large and small commissions, I encourage you to ask for certain poses and elements in the very beginning of your order. Otherwise, I will do small tweaks (i.e., markings, colors, facial expressions) if I missed something on your reference or description notes. Please provide a CLEAR, VISUAL REFERENCE to help minimize these mistakes. If there are any differences between your references, you must tell me which is most accurate to your character. I will charge a fee for a lot of edits.
- I do not allow big changes (i.e., a completely different pose, a different face angle, etc.) in small commissions. If you would like anything major changed in a bigger commission ($50+), you should point them out when I send the sketch.
- Changes requested after a week of the art's completion will probably be denied.
- I will not completely redo or heavily alter a finished commission.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ Usage
- You may use your commission in a number of personal ways so long as you do not gain monetary profit from my work, re-purpose it for external projects, or reproduce it for the public (such as tracing the art to make template/bases).
- You may make minor edits to the art, such as cropping for banners, forum signatures, and avatars/icons.
- You may make color edits and marking adjustments as long as my signature remains intact and visible.
- You may upload/share my work as long as you use a watermarked version and give me credit. A link to my main deviantArt (OmniWitch.deviantArt.com) is appreciated.
- By commissioning me, you're purchasing my labor only. I reserve the right to the artwork itself, meaning if I want to sell prints of it, publish it or display it somewhere I will do so unless we have a prior agreement.
- Rejected WIP sketches will not be given to the client and may be reused for another project, commission or otherwise.

✦ Subject Matter: Dos and Don'ts
I would enjoy drawing:
- Animals, creatures and organic subjects
- Adoptables
- Pets
- Humans/human-like characters, though keep in mind that my forte lies with "feral" animals.
- Natural scenery, but will experiment with other landscapes and settings if asked.
- Mecha, but it will be heavily stylized.
- Minor gore (i.e., fighting animals + blood)
- *Fancharacters (see below)
I will NOT draw:
- Fetish related commissions even if they're not explicit
- Anything NSFW outside minor gore and tasteful nudity.
- Copyrighted characters of notoriously possessive companies, such as anything from Disney, but I will do things like Pokemon and fancharacters. I will not draw Simba for you, but I will draw your Lion King OC.
- A mimic of another artist's style. Do keep in mind my own style of art when commissioning me. I do not do photo realism, traditional paintings, anime, etc.
✦ What I need from you
- A clear, visual reference of the subject of your commission, be it a character or a pet. Multiple references are welcome.
- If there are differences in your refs, you MUST tell me which is the most accurate. Do not just send me several links that all look different without guidance. Good example, "this ref shows accurate hair, but this one shows the right colors and markings".
- HAVE a premade subject. I do not design characters for clients.
- I will not work from only a written description unless it's extremely simple (ie. "a black cat with a red ribbon").
- A description of any details I need to know, such as: personality, backstory, expression, angle, pose, mood, any additional elements you want featured. Please give me some kind of direction. I do not like taking shots in the dark.
In the instance that a commission request or potential client makes me uncomfortable for whatever reason, I reserve the right to say no and back out.
